Lay-Leadership Training


Before the small group project begins, the pastors have to see a big picture of their vision. Vision is a concept of a philosophy of ministry unrevealed yet. Therefore this concept must be visualized, and must be the pivot of the philosophy of ministry. And then the vision should be shown to and identified with the candidates of leaders elected from the congregation (Becker 1993a, 21).
